Requirements
- MS or PhD in ML/NLP, or equivalent industry experience
- Experience fine-tuning or evaluating large language models
- Comfortable with multi-GPU training and profiling training runs
Responsibilities
- Design fine-tuning recipes for enterprise customers' domain data
- Build evaluation harnesses that catch regressions before release
- Publish internal findings that shape the next base model's training run
